5 Reasons We Love Glitch Season 2

Yoorana copper James Hayes and the Risen are back: After season one’s gripping cliffhanger, it’s time for answers – and they’ll stop at nothing to uncover the truth.

Already hooked? Aussie sci-fi drama Glitch returns for its second series from the ABC and here’s why we’re absolutely in love:

1. Welcome back to Yoorana
We can’t get enough of this town and its people. An absolute all-star cast set against the iconic backdrop of rural Australia. You’ll recognise the faces and places, but it’s drama like you’ve never seen before.

2. The Love Triangle
We all know of the classic love triangle, but there’s nothing quite like the one Kate has found herself in. Not only did her best friend Sarah take up with her husband James, but to make matters worse, Kate’s technically dead and trapped in Yoorana by a shrinking boundary. She’s ready to move on, but is James? Love may transcend death, but what happens with resurrection?

3. James Hayes thrown thoroughly into the deep end
Our loveable hero, Yoorana copper James, handsome, charming and still with absolutely no idea what’s going on. He’s fiercely protective of the Risen and determined to seek answers – but at great cost. As the mystery starts to unravel, so too does his career and relationships.

4. All the feels
Keep the tissue box handy, because this season will knock you for six. When it’s funny, it’s hilarious and when there’s sadness, it’s gut wrenching. Our characters are put through the ringer as we uncover their past lives and deal with the brutal uncertainty of their future. Buckle up; this series is one hell of a ride.

5. Binge it NOW!
It’s all there. Free. Online. Now. On iview. And once you start, you won’t be able to stop. From the opening credits to the final showdown (you won’t see it coming, promise).
